Can I wax my face??eyebrows,upper lip,etc.?

OK well on every single package it says Do not use when undergoing Dermatological treatments..does that mean oral too?and i use dermatological medication called Differen and Aczone...Last time i waxed my upper lip,which was in June... it tore off my skin..And scabbed really bad.But that was Brazilian Strength...Ive waxed 3 years before tha.
