Good enough workout???????????

Okay I'm 5'9-6'0,15 years old and weigh 170 but everything is muscle exsept for a little bit of fat on my abs I was doing a work out for my abs about a month but figured out 6 days ago I have to burn the little bit of fat off first sooo I've started a new work out of 40 pushups and 150 of I'm not sure of the name but we did them in MCJROTC this year and we would get on the football field during our pt session on one side of the lines and we would hop over and back across the line sideways like your skipping rope almost and we did maybe 200 well I'm just wandering if this will burn fat fast???Thanks for your awnsers...Oooooh Raw!Semper Fidelis!!
