How much does a simple teak bed cost (in Rupees) in Bangalore? Do I have to haggle?

I just moved to Bangalore and need to buy some furniture. I'd like to know what the average price range in Rupees is for a teak bed and sofa. I only plan to use it for a short time while in Bangalore, so don't want to invest a lot of money. What is a fair price I should expect to pay? Many furniture shops don't seem to have price tags. Does this mean I have to negotiate the price? Any advice on common negotiating practices would be appreciated. Thank you!
