You won't be having trouble with hitting, that's for sure. You found a way to get Rivera and Furcal on the bench, both who are usually starters on most team. Your starting pitching is what may cause you some worrying though. Greinke and Lester are two really great pitchers, but besides that, your others are only average at best. I like your idea of trading Roberts for another starting pitcher, because you can replace Roberts with Rivera or Furcal, and you need more pitching than hitting. Try to get a pitcher who is at least as good as Floyd.
