Conservative Christians: Would you support organ repossession if it was legalized?

There have been at least 2 sci-fi movies so far about a future in which synthetically grown organs are sold to those who need transplants. Those who miss their payments are targeted my "repo men" who remove the organ without anaesthetic. In your view, Would it be considered murder in God's eyes, or would it just be the fault of the victims for not honoring their debts?
