How do i tell this girl i like her again without seeming creepy?

started liking this girl at the end of seventh grade. she didn't know that i liked her, and when she signed my yearbook she put her email address in it and said keep in touch. I talked to her a lot over that summer and i asked her out. She said no, and stopped talking to me for like a month. I friended her on facebook, and we talked for like an hour or 2 a night for a couple weeks, and i asked her out again. she said no. we still talked just not as much. we didnt have any cles together at school so i never talked to her other than on facebook. By like november i asked her out again and she blocked me. i didnt talk to her until march when she apoligized for 'being such a *****'. i was like its ok. She was flirting with me more than ever after that, and we talked for longer than ever. i asked her out again and she said no. in about april or so i ended up writing her a song and putting it on my youtube. i messaged her a link of it and she just made fun of me for it.i got over her ovr the summer nd had a girlfriend, and she knew that i got over her. I saw her at school again in september (we r both freshmen now) and i think i like her again. i broke up with my gf over the summer so ya, but she still thinks im over her. we talk alot more now and i think she might be likin me. iv gotten alot more popular in high school, so maybe that had somthing to do with her flirtin with me more but i dont know.
