How can i activate Samsung instinct on metro-need help!?

Ok, so i Have the Sprint Samsung instint Model No. sph-m800. I went to the store and the guy who did my other phones tried it but it kept declining it.. This guy did my Samsung juke, LG dare, and Samsung Glyde. Why wont the instinct work please help!
