Why do Huey and Riley live with their Grandad? And what's Huey's relationship with Jasmine?

Just got into the show, but no i'm confused, it's like Jasmine's Huey's only friend. Cardio practially hates him and Riley is his brother...please help, or refer me to a complete ep guide
