Mom's really sick, What do we need to do?

She's nauseated, extremely dizzy and lightheaded, she was throwing up yesterday all day, and she cant turn her head to the left without getting even more nauseated. Her bp is usually high and now its 121/58, and we don't know why or what we should do. She knows if she gets in a car she wouldn't be able to make the drive. We've given her Dramamine and it seemed to help a little but we don't know how to make her feel better
