Lost my Pokemon LeafGreen save file on an emulator!?

Hey guys, I accidentally clicked some on on my emulator and somehow, it reverted my save from having beat all 8 gyms to have only beaten three. I've tried a few tricks like changing the thing to 128K, but nothing seems to work. Can I get it from a save file? I have a .sav, .sgm, .sa1 and .sa2.
