Should I start my business as a sole proprietor, LLC, or S Corp?

I am starting a new business in Machusetts and was trying to figure out what would be the best way to go about registering the business. I am going to be the only employee for the company and will be buying and selling goods (home decor) online through my website. I was leaning towards a sole proprietorship because it would be easier and cost less also I could always change to an LLC or S Corp down the road.
