You call his mom and you tell her that your guest list is already set and you can't allow the nephew to bring a date because of lack of space. He's 16! This isn't a committed relationship. His mom needs to understand that she can't invite who ever she pleases to YOUR wedding. Put your foot down. You have to pay per guest!
