Ive forgotten my new vodafone number and its asking for a puk code.?

Is there anyway of finding out what my vodafone number is so i can enter the correct puk code.Ive thrown all the packaging away including my number and ive blocked the sim card and i cant get into the phone.Any help is greatly appreciated.
