How do I fix my WoW sprite problem?

Whenever I go on to play WoW, most things look just fine, except character sprites, including my own, other players, and NPC's tear apart, with sections of them becoming see-thru, I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall the game as that would take hours. Is there any solution to this?
